The session commenced with a basic introduction on exam anxiety and stress.The interactive session had discussion about the various symptoms before and during the exam. Children shared their various experiences about the same.Irregular food habits, sleep patterns, addiction towards social media were addressed.
A case study of a student who broke his knuckles by punching on the wall due to exam anxiety has eventually led to not attending the exams was shared. Hence, avoiding self – doubts , self – harm and self- blame is required, as stated by the facilitator.

The 12th grade students were posed a question if they have fear of future and the students agreed to the same.
Recent news in Times of India has found 94.8% students of 12th grade have fear of their future.

Career Scope on different fields like Arts and Science, Designing, Commerce, Engineering, Para- Medical courses were shared to the students to explore different opportunities.
A clarification on Entrance exams apart from the NEET and JEE was spoken.

Coping Mechanisms like practicing Meditation, Yoga, , 3 by 3 exercise, spending time with parents where they speak only about personal topics rather than exams should be avoided.
Thus,the session had a clarity on how to manage exam anxiety and stress.
